complex, of which 1 is a Specimen lake with carp up to
36lb and large catfish. For the beginner we offer some
easier waters and fishing tuition. The fishing on the

More for Charity!
Following the great success of our charity weekend last
year, we donated all the takings from various matches
and a huge raffel to two charities. We are Delighted to
announce that we will be doing it all over again this
year The event will be held over the weekend of 9th and
10th of May 2009, again 4 lakes will be closed so we can
hold the various matches. the nominated charity for this
year is The Rheumatology Department at the Norfolk and
Norwich University Hospital. for more information or if

The F1's have arrived!
We are very pleased to announce that we have just
released more fish into Amy's Lake (Match Lake). Over
1000 F1 carp arrived just before Christmas, and if that
wasn't enough our stock lake has been
netted, all the
carp and the larger silver fish totalling around 300lb
have also been put into Amy's.

 It
has been a bit cold as you can see from the picture but
some have braved our frosty weather. Matches on Adam's
Lake have done particularly well with winning weights of
around 50lb (not too bad for the time of year). Our
winter ticket boys on Mario's have still been catching
even under the ice. One winter season ticket holder was
about to call it a day because his lines were frozen in,
he broke the ice around his lines, and to his and
bailiff Bob's surprise he got a run as he was about to
reel in. He finally landed a 19lb'er shortly after from
beneath the ice .

 Once again Bob together with some of the winter season
ticket holders (Thanks Boys) have been putting in a lot
of hard work around the lakes trimming back the trees
and hedges, clearing swims and forming a new swim on
Mario's called Drakes.
I apologise for the lack of updates to the website last
year, I hope to publish news, catch reports and photos
weekly once the season gets going.
Some changes will be made to
the website this year, including a facility to check
the availability for Holidays and space on Mario's Lake, you
will
also be able to provisionally book your Holiday on line (but not pay on line
as yet).
